I'd like to personally extend a big thanks to the douche bag who maintains the NCIS episode guide over at epguides.com / tvtome.com. I guess the concept of spoilers isn't something that this boob has fully wrapped his or her head around. Anyway, thanks for giving away the identity of the character who dies in tonight's episode. I really appreciated coming across that without any warning long before tonight's episode airs. I guess I don't have to bother to watch now. In the future, you asshat, you might want to do what every other considerate webmaster does, let your readers know that you are posting a spoiler so that they might avoid having the show completely ruined for them. It's nice to get a head start on posting the episode synopsis (it's not like you don't have all summer to do it), but a little brain power should be associated with the exercise. Ironically, the name of the character killed was posted using spoiler space on the page dedicated to show news; it's too bad the same logic couldn't have been used throughout the site. Maybe I'm crazy, but I would have thought people would be more likely to expect potential spoilers on a news page (and therefore be on the lookout for them) rather than on one where people expect to see summaries of an episode that has already aired. So the need for a spoiler warning is much greater in an episode guide if it is being posted BEFORE the show airs. But I guess common sense is just too much to expect from everyone.
