Rants - The Daily Show
I'm curious, am I alone in my disappointment in The Daily Show’s newest correspondent, Samantha Bee? It doesn’t seem like she is bringing a whole lot to the program. I'm not sure if it is the style of her "character" or that she hasn't had the best stories to work with. Or maybe it's just a case of nerves while she is settling in to her new job. But whatever it is, I haven't found her to be the least bit amusing in her early appearances. For an otherwise very entertaining show, the fact that most of her bits fall completely flat sticks out like a very sore unfunny thumb.
